Harvard Business Review, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads" (2011), an audit of 2,241 U.S. companies. The study is old. The rule hasn't changed: whoever answers first usually wins.

How it works
Meta ads built for your city and your services — implants, full-arch, veneers, aligners — reach people who are already looking. You approve the offers. We build and run everything.
The moment someone opts in, it texts back, answers their questions, checks fit, and offers times from your real calendar. It calls during calling hours. When someone asks for a person, your team gets the handoff.
We review your consult script and follow-up, add reminders that cut no-shows, and send a weekly report. More consults, fewer no-shows, numbers you can read in a minute.
What you get
Ad spend ($50–$75 a day) is paid by you directly to Meta. We don't mark it up.
Do the math
You know your numbers. Enter them and see what walks out the door each month when inquiries wait. This is arithmetic on your own assumptions, not a forecast.
Polite by design
The fastest way to lose a patient is to be pushy. The assistant isn't.
Is this for you?
Questions
$10,000 for the first 90 days, plus your ad budget of $50–$75 a day, which you pay directly to Meta. The fee covers everything on this page: campaign build and management, ad creative, both AI assistants, calendar booking, follow-up sequences, consult-script coaching, and weekly reporting. There's no setup fee on top, and we don't mark up ad spend.
It's built not to. It only contacts people who opted in through your ad or form. It introduces itself as your practice's AI assistant. It texts right away but only calls during calling hours, and it stops the moment someone replies STOP. Anyone who asks for a person is handed to your team with the full conversation. Most patients want a quick answer and a time that works, and that's what they get.
The first commitment is 90 days. That's the minimum it takes to launch, learn your market, and tune the ads and the assistant. At Day 90 we review the numbers together, and from there you continue month to month for as long as it's working. No new long contract.
Onboarding takes 7 to 10 days from kickoff. In that time we build the ads, train the assistant on your practice, connect your calendar, and test everything with you. Ads usually go live around Day 10.
We fix the source. Lead quality comes from three things we control: who the ads target, what the offer says, and the qualifying questions the assistant asks before booking. If unqualified people are getting through, we tighten all three, usually within the same week, and you can read every conversation, so nothing is hidden. Implant and cosmetic patients are a specific audience; the system is built to filter for them, not for volume.
You get a plain review: leads, response times, consults booked, show rate, and cases closed, against what you invested. If it's working, you keep going month to month. If it isn't, we say so. Either way, your ad account, your leads, and your conversations stay yours.
About an hour at kickoff to learn your services, offers, and calendar. One person who takes booked consults. And about fifteen minutes a week to read the report and answer our questions. Everything else is on us.
No. The assistant texts and calls from a dedicated number for your practice, and it books into a calendar that syncs with Google or Outlook. Your phones, your practice management software, and your team's routine stay as they are; your front desk enters the consult the way they do today.
You do. Campaigns run in your Meta ad account, and every lead and conversation lives in a system you have access to. If we part ways, you keep all of it.
